Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet via HSBC esecure payments.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information being supplied by the customer. We will not be held responsible or liable for failed or late deliveries due to incorrect information being provided by the customer.

By submission of the order the customer accepts the terms and conditions and authorises Baby Wigs, through HSBC esecure payments to take payment for items selected.
Shipping And Handling
Orders can be sent by either First Class (proof of posting is always obtained) First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. We reccommend for orders over £28 you use Special Delivery.

We take great care in wrapping our orders by hand, ensuring they are in perfect condition before sending. If you require a particular message to be sent with the gift card, or any other personalisation, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.

We ship all orders same or next working day they are received.
Delivery Schedule

Orders can be sent by either First Class, First Class Recorded Delivery 1-2 working days or Special Delivery. We ship orders same or next working day they are received.

First Class Recorded Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Orders usually arrive the working day after they are posted, but may take longer depending on Royal Mail. Please note that Recorded Delivery only insures to the value of £28, and the post office will only reimburse for losses up to this amount.

We recommend that the chosen shipping method for orders over £28 is Special Delivery. Please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is urgent or you want it sent to arrive on a specific day (Mon - Fri) for guaranteed next working day delivery.

Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Orders arrive before 1pm the working day after they are despatched (Mon-Thur), they are also insured during the delivery process for a value up to £250.

If there is no one to sign for the delivery the postman will leave a card and the order will be taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually hold items for a week and then they return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging redelivery costs. Packages cannot be left unattended.

All orders shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class will have proof of postage obtained by us. This will be deemed the end of our responsibility for the shipping of all orders. Where orders are traceable, we will endeavour to offer all assistance in supporting you in tracing an item.

At the moment we only ship throughout the UK.

Please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is urgent or you want it sent to arrive on a specific day (Mon - Fri) for guaranteed next working day delivery.

Orders received by 2pm, Monday - Friday ship the same day unless otherwise requested.

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
Delivery is NOT guaranteed for Saturdays but Royal Mail do deliver to most residential address on a Saturday, please be aware your order might arrive on the Monday.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Returns Policy
If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange replacement/refund.

If damaged in transit, please also contact us.

Once worn we will not refund or replace.
